Okay, I lied last week – everything is a lobster except for luna moths, which are pie.
They’re not crabs. Nothing is a crab. Crabs are just a myth. Everything is a lobster and that’s that.
If you like bubbles, apples, or beetles that like to pretend they’re racecars, this post will make you smile.
Nor do they have any desire to crawl into your ear in the first place.
Their phylum is already called “jointed feet,” we don’t need any more foot names for arthropods! …For those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about, ask a taxonomist, a biologist, or a Latin student.
These arachnids – no, Arachnida as a whole – have a lot of explaining to do.
Of course they’re lobsters. Apparently every arthropod is just a lobster in disguise.
Nothing is what it appears to BEE in the phylum Arthropoda – sorry, I couldn’t resist.
